Midterm report cards are available for viewing through students' Aspen Student Portals. To access reports, please follow these steps.
*Go to the ESS website main page and scroll down to the Follett Aspen Student Portal icon. Click on it.
*Enter the student's usual school username and password.
*Once into the portal, click on the “Transcript” side-tab. Quadmester 1 courses will appear.
*Click on the date next to course to see the grade and comment associated with this course.
Immunizations
Hastings Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH) strongly recommends that everyone who is eligible, gets fully vaccinated to protect against serious effects of COVID-19. However, currently only 57% of local students aged 12-17 years of age are fullyvaccinated. Increasing vaccination rates among this age group is critical to keeping us all safe.

Confirmation of Daily Screening
Students are required to confirm they have passed COVID-19 screening each day before going to school. Parents/guardians are asked to complete this Google Form to confirm that you agree to screen your student before they are sent to school.
September 2, 2021, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm: Open House for Grade 9 students
This is a drop-in event. Grade 9 students will have the opportunity to take a tour of the school and find their classrooms for Quadmester 1. Student leaders and staff will be available to answer questions.
Please note that we will be observing limits on the number of students that can be in the school at one time as per COVID-19 protocols. Depending on your arrival time, you may experience a short wait before accessing the building. Masks must be worn in the school.

- You will see an Aspen page that seems to prompt you to put your password in again. Do not. Click AASP instead.
- Your schedule is under myinfo.

Families interested in registering students for the 2021-22 school year at Eastside Secondary School are asked to visit the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board website to complete a pre-registration package.

All pre-registration packages completed between June 28, 2021 and August 23, 2021 will be reviewed the week of August 23rd when the ESS Main Office re-opens.
